Life is wicked busy right now. Birthday parties and kids and yarn and more kids and day job and BAH!
So let’s keep it simple, eh? Need a healthy-ish snack for the week, something to nosh in between bouts of headless-chicken running amok.
Two ingredients. Three steps. Because that’s about all there’s time for just now.
This little bowl of happy lives in the fridge at my office, where it dutifully helps me stay awake around mid-afternoon. Also known as Snack-thirty.
Good on veggies, toast, crackers, the dog, your fingertips.
